Role Overview
As an AV Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of cutting-edge audio and audiovisual systems, primarily in Central London. Reporting to the Projects Manager, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maximizing client satisfaction.
You must be
i) Commercially astute. Good understanding of profitability, margin protection, cost control and basic accounting practices.
ii) Able to use spread sheets and IT to monitor budgets, profit margins etc.
iii) Able to express an idea or concept to a client or industry partner, either in writing, or verbally.
iv) Skilled at providing direction and line management to junior members of the Project team.

Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with systems designers and stakeholders
? Create and manage project documentation
? Oversee procurement and resource allocation
? Liaise with installation teams and resolve technical queries
? Attend client meetings and ensure project milestones are met
Requirements:
? Proven experience in AV project management or senior engineering roles
? Expertise in video conferencing, control systems, and general audiovisual systems
? Proficient in reading schematics and floor plans
? Excellent communication skills in English
? Ability to work flexibly and inspire teams
Non-negotiables:
? Right to work in the UK
? Based within 1.5 hours commute from Central London
? Minimum 1 year experience as an AV Project Manager in the UK
? 3-5 years managing high-end commercial AV systems
